PLEASE NOTE: AN ADDENDUM HAS BEEN INCORPORATED INTO THIS SOLICITATION AND MUST BE RETURNED SIGNED WITH YOUR OFFER. Argonne is partnering with the Department of Transportation�s (DOT) National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to develop advanced models of modern vehicle and powertrain technologies. This work depends on detailed vehicle and component data as essential inputs. At the request of DOT NHTSA, this year�s test vehicle will be a 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid (AWD), selected for its specifications, internal powertrain characteristics, and strong market presence. UChicago Argonne, LLC is seeking ONE (1) vehicle that meets the requirements are as follows: Make and Model: 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid Options/Trims: Mandatory All Wheel Drive (AWD) model, standard (included) in the following trims: Trail Sport or Sport Touring Mileage requirements: New vehicle, low accumulated mileage is acceptable Color / Interior: No preference Tires: Factory Standard Vehicle will be covered under Argonne�s general fleet liability insurance. Argonne reserves the right to request an appointment for a vehicle review prior to final award. The contractor should be located no more than 200 miles from Lemont, IL 60439 to facilitate scheduling a vehicle inspection and test drive. Evaluation will be based upon the LOWEST PRICE, TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE OFFER of either of the suggested trim levels. Please read the Statement of Work and the ANL-70 Request for Quotation for all additional details and requirements. Please send all offers to the Contracting Officer by EOD April 20, 2026.
