Amendment 5 The purpose of Amendment 5 is attach Questions and answers (RFI Log (Pre-Award)-FA487726QA042_12AF Electronic Door Access) for vendors to provide accurate quotes. End of Amendment 5 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Amendment 4 The purpose of Amendment 4 is to extend the solicitation to 13 April 2026 by 1:00 PM PDT and attach a revised Statement of Work (SOW_Door Access Bldgs. 70 74 and 75 (Vindicator) 04.07.2026). This extension fosters competition and provide vendors additional time to review the requirement, submit Requests for Information (RFI), receive answers to RFIs, and submit a responsible quote. Please have all RFIs sent to the points of contact attached to this solicitation no later than 08 April 2026 by 1:00 PM PDT. Answers will be submitted in the form of an amendment once received. End of Amendment 4 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Amendment 3 The purpose of Amendment 3 is to extend the solicitation to 09 April 2026 by 1:00 PM PDT, attach a revised Statement of Work (SOW_Door Access Bldgs. 70 74 and 75 (Vindicator) 03.30.2026), and attach a PowerPoint detailing existing conduit between all three buildings (PDS Conduit Layout). A second site visit has been scheduled for 02 April 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT. We will meet at the location on the attached map (5. Map to Bldg. 70). If you need an escort, please let me know through email no later than 01 April 2026 by 1:00 PM PDT. For those needing an escort, we will meet at the Craycroft Visitor's Center on 02 April 2026 at 09:25 AM. If you are attending and have a measuring wheel, please bring it so distance between each location can be measured. End of Amendment 3 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 2 The purpose of Amendment 2 is to extend the solicitation to 06 April 2026 by 1:00 PM PDT to foster competition and provide vendors additional time to review the requirement as the Government obtains clarifying information from the requiring activity. There will be another Amendment early next week to provide vendors with a revised Statement of Work (unredacted) and a date and time for a second site visit. End of Amendment 2 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Amendment 1 The purpose of Amendment 1 is to extend solicitation to 30 March 2026 by 1:00 PM PDT for evaluating and preparing Q&A post site visit and enhancing the competative environment for the requirement. End of Amendment 1 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The 12TH Air Force is requesting a commodity purchase, installation, programming, and testing of their Honeywell-Vindicator Integrated Access Control components allowing electronic card access as a subsystem to the Vindicator Intrusion Detection System (IDS). This Request for Quote (RFQ) is being solicited under a Total Women Owned Small Business Set-Aside. For additional information, please refer to the attached Solicitation document as well as the Statement of Work (SOW). Important Dates/Times (All Times are Pacific Daylight Time) a. A site visit is scheduled for 17 March 2026, 11:30 AM Please reach out to the primary point of contact below if base access is needed for the site visit by 16 March 2026, 2:00 PM. b.
