PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FOR VILLAGE OF LEMONT WATERMAIN REPLACEMENT, LEMONT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS (USACE ACQUISITION)

Under this Solicitation, the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District issues Solicitation No. W912P624B0018 for bidding purposes. Therefore, provided hereunder is the relevant bid package for its construction project entitled, Village of Lemont Water Main Replacement, Lemont, Cook County, Illinois (USACE Acquisition).PROJECT INFORMATION: The project work involves the replacement of a watermain. The base work includes installing 1,375 linear feet of new 8-inch ductile iron watermain and 83 feet of 6-inch ductile iron watermain. Work will also include installation of residential services, valves, hydrants andassociated curb and gutter, driveway and asphalt and paving restoration. The option includes the installation of 8-inch ductile iron watermain and 9 feet of 6-inch ductile iron watermain.
