Description
Amendment 2 The purpose of this Amendment 2 is to advise that Solicitation FA857126Q0045 is hereby cancelled. Amendment 1 The purpose of this Amendment 1 is to: 1. Extend the deadline date for this solicitation: FROM: 4 March 2026 at 1:00 PM EST TO: 5 March 2026 at 4:00 PM EST 2. Incorporate Government and Vender Q&A attachment. The Air Force Sustainment Center PZIMA, Robins AFB, GA has a requirement to purchase two (2) Kinney- Tuthill KT300D Rotary Piston Pumps (Part # KT300D-S000) as described in the Purchase Description (PD). Items shall be Brand Name only. See attachments for details. This is a commercial solicitation for supplies prepared in accordance with FAR 12.2 - Solicitaion, Evaluation and Award, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06, effective 1 October 2025 and DFARS DPN change notice 20251110. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award wil be made in accordance with the following: This acquisition is being solicited as Brand Name and Full and Open Competition. Note: all items provided must be IAW FAR Subpart 25.1 Buy American- Supplies or be from one of our partnering countries IAW FAR Subpart 25.4 Trade Agreements, as applicable. It is the offeror's responsiblity to ensure the quote has been receiced by the contracting office by tephone or email confirmation, as desired. Facsimile (fax) quotes will not be accepted. Late quotes will be preocessed in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(c). The PCO reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, and to award ALL, some or none of the items in this solicitation based on the best interest of the Government. All contractor's quote shall be valid for 30 days after the solicitation response due date, unless otherwise specified. The anticipated award date is 11 March 2026. Please do not request award status prior to this date. Basis for Award: The Government intends to award a contract resuting from this soliciation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price.
