The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers � New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Restroom Demolition and Installation of New Concrete Restroom Facility, Lake Siog, East Brimfield Lake, Holland, MA. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all materials, equipment, and labor required to disconnect utilities from existing restroom building, demolish the existing restroom building, prepare the site for a new precast concrete restroom building, provide and install new restroom, perform final utility connections, and construct walkways at Lake Siog, East Brimfield Lake, Holland, MA. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238190 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million.
