***********************AMENDMENT 0001 NOTICE********************* This solicitation has been amended. An update to the quote due date was made and an update to the attachements has been made with the addition of the SF30 Amendment 0001. ********************************************************************* Solicitation Number: FA469026Q0030 Requirement: Video Intercom System Solicitation Type: This solicitation is for a single-award, firm-fixed price. Set Aside: This acquisition is a total small business set aside IAW RFO 19.104-1 Period of Performance: 180 days after contract award Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is determined to represent the best value to the Government. The Government will utilize RFO Part 12 procedures and conduct an integrated assessment for a best value award decision based on the following evaluation factors: Price and Technical Acceptability. Submission Requirements: Interested and responsible entities are encouraged to submit a quote. Proposals must include the following: Completed Standard Form 1449. Breakdown of Pricing for Materials Written technical proposal clearly outlining the offferor's appoach and methodology for accomplishing the work specified in the PWS. The offeror must submit comprehensive technical specifications for the proposed ATC Intercom System and must provide a complete project schedule detailing their execution strategy and the timeline for all critical phases of the installation. System for Award Management (SAM): Offerors must be registered in SAM at https://www.sam.gov and have a valid CAGE code to be eligible for award. Attachments: Solicitation Amendment FA469026Q00300001 SF 30 Standard Form 1449 Performance Work Statement Wage Determination Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for 16 June 2026, with everyone meeting at the Visitor Control Center (VCC) located near the Liberty Gate of Ellsworth AFB. For individuals who do not possess base access, please arrive at 8:30 AM MDT to allow time for processing, while those with existing base access should arrive at 9:00 AM MDT to transition to the site. If you plan on attending, you must email Mitchell Bryk at mitchell.bryk@us.af.mil no later than 15 June 2026 at 12:00 PM MDT to confirm your attendance so that we can establish an accurate headcount and coordinate logistics. Questions and Answers: All questions regarding this solicitation and attachments are due no later than 18 June, 2026 at 12:00 PM MDT. Email questions to Mitchell Bryk at mitchell.bryk@us.af.mil. Answers will be provided as an addendum to the solicitation. Quotes are to be submitted to Mitchell Bryk at mitchell.bryk@us.af.mil and Jayna Clements at jayna.clements@us.af.mil and are due no later than 3 July, 2026, 12:00 PM MDT. Quotes must be valid until 30 September 2026.
