Description
**** Abstract has been posted **** Amendment 0001 has been added to this Solicitation. Reminder that this amendment must be acknowledged and submitted with an offer.The proposed action is for renovation and/or reconstructing portions of an existing facility, and the Scope of Work is included in specification section 01 11 00 Summary of Work. The work includes but is not limited to, demolition of existing features to include stoops, siding, pavement, doors, etc.; civil site work to include grading, asphalt paving, erosion control and utility installation; concrete placement, Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) repair, door installations, window and louver screen repair, electrical and mechanical system installation, as prescribed in the solicitation documents. The work shall include all direct and indirect costs including profit, risk and contingency to perform the scopes of work included in this solicitation. Any areas utilized by the contractor within the DoD property shall be in the original or improved condition as determined by the Contracting Officer upon completion of the work. SITE VISIT INFORMATION A site visit is scheduled for Thursday 16 April 2026 at 10:00am CT.
