Description

The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions received and provide revised Price Cost Schedule. See attached REVISED Price Cost Schedule - Detroit and Questions with Responses for updated information regarding this requirement. There are no other changes to the terms and condition of this requirement. This amendment does not extend the response date and time. Responses shall be submitted no later than 4:30 PM February 28, 2026 via email to Morgan.Stein@va.gov. Questions with Responses Price Cost Schedule - Can you please clarify the instructions at the top of the spreadsheet?� � "Complete columns B-G" (Column B is filled in with what looks like the current vendor test codes, and column G is the estimated quantity.) RESPONSE: C-G Can proposing vendors add a column at the end of the spreadsheet to include vendor test names for ease of reviewing the proposed test match? RESPONSE: Yes This has been added to the spreadsheet column C now, and the instructions also have been updated For item numbers 2673, 2694, 2401, 2704, 2705, 2706 for Leukemia Lymphoma Phenotyping, please confirm the price to be provided is for a total of markers indicated on the test description, and not a per-marker price? RESPONSE: The pricing that should be provided is for a total of markers indicated on the test panel For item numbers 1248 and 3897, please clarify what type of processing fee? RESPONSE: If there is/are no fee(s) associated with the testing; indicate in the notes and pricing Solicitation document: Quoter shall Provide - "One Copy of turnaround time statement" Please clarify what this requirement is asking for.� Will the turnaround time included in the Price Cost Schedule fulfil this requirement? RESPONSE: The turnaround time listed in the Price/Cost Schedule is helpful; however, quoters must also provide a separate written statement confirming their proposed turnaround time.
