The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a request for quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed price contract to perform work in accordance with work package HIRMC-501-26. The tentative start date is 15 November 2025 with a delivery date of 15 May 2026. Work is to be performed at PHNSY & IMF. The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-26-Q-0012. Proposals will be due on 04 November 2025 at 0900 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06, DFARS (10/01/2025), and NMCARS 18-22. This requirement is a full and open competition, there is no set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
