Questions and Answers for RFQ 36C25025Q0948 Question: Please verify that invoices shall be submitted monthly. "furnish all the necessary qualified personnel, materials, facilities, and management resources". Could you please explain this more? Answer: The contractor is responsible for providing all the required resources to complete the requirement. Question: To ensure full compliance with VA Handbook 6500.6 and the updated security requirements in VA Notice 24-12, I am requesting TMS access for myself and any personnel who will require VA Privacy and Information Security training (TMS 10176), as well as access to sign the Organizational Rules of Behavior (ROB). Answer: This is a task completed by the awardee. Additional information/access will be provided once an award is made. Question: Who is the incumbent contractor currently performing this requirement? What is the incumbent contract number? What is the total value of the current/most recent contract? Answer: The contract number is 36C25022D0065. Award details can be looked up on FPDS (FPDS.gov). Any other details would have to be a FOIA request. Question: Are the estimated quantities and weights shown in the pricing schedule based on historical usage, projected usage, or a combination of both? Answer: Combination of both. Question: Have there been any notable changes in volume or scope over the last performance period that offerors should be aware of? Answer: Not at this time. Question: Are there any specific pain points or performance priorities (e.g., turnaround time, loss/damage tracking, infection control, appearance standards for Fisher House) that you would like offerors to address directly in the technical quote? Answer: Please ensure that your technical quote fully addresses all requirements outlined in the solicitation. Question: Are there any anticipated changes to the Fisher House or Sleep Clinic operations during the 5-year ordering period (e.g., expansion, renovation, increased capacity) that could materially impact volumes? Answer: Not at this time. Question: Previous laundry service volumes (e.g., pounds per week or month),Types of linens or categories processed, Any available usage or workload summaries, Previous delivery order quantities or performance history, and any historical documents normally provided to prospective offerors. Answer: Please refer to the price/cost schedule listed in the solicitation which identifies the current volume, usage, type of linen, etc. Question: Aside from the instructions already listed in the RFQ, will there be any site visits, Q&A calls, or written question deadlines for this requirement? Answer: There are no site visits at this time. Q&A calls are not accepted. Question deadline is outlined in the solicitation on pg.1. Question: Do you anticipate issuing any amendments that might affect pricing, scope, or the period of performance? Answer: Not at this time.
