Request for Information-Market Survey Army Barracks, Fort Bragg, NC The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Savannah District, is conducting market research to identify potential parties having interest in and capability of performing construction specialty trade services for the construction of multiple barracks. Based on the responses to this request for information notice, this requirement may be set-aside for small business (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluation will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. The Government will consider feedback received in determining if a small business set-aside is appropriate for this requirement. Incomplete answers in any section or providing information outside the scope of this announcement may remove respondents from the Government�s determination of whether to solicit the referenced project on a set-aside basis in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 19 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future request for competitive proposals, quotations, or bids, if any issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE). It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the GPE for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 236220 � Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a Small Business Size Standard of $45M. The Product Service Code is Y1FC - Construction of Troop Housing Facilities. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in the request for information-market survey form. Project Description: The Government intends to design and construct new facilities at Ft. Bragg, NC using a Design-Build Done Right delivery approach. The project includes constructing up to 5 buildings to house 600 soldiers that are independent from the installation energy plant. The new buildings will be built on the existing site. Work will also include all associated site development, including utilities, site lighting, paving, parking, sidewalks, storm and sanitary sewer systems, curbs and gutters, information systems infrastructure, landscaping, and signage. The anticipated period of performance for construction is 2,000 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All interested parties, with 236220 � Commercial and Institutional Building Construction as an approved NAICS code, are requested to submit a response to the Market Survey via the link provided in this announcement no later than June 4, 2026, at 5:00pm EDT.
