Description

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed Price, supply contract for Pipe Bending Machine, to the United States Air Force Life Cycle Material Command (AFLCMC). This requirement is for the supply of pipe bending machines to ensure the AFLCMC is able to shape pipes and tubes into desired angles and curves without compromising strength or structure. (See Section C of RFQ for salient characteristics). This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. All supplies submitted by proposed Contractors for consideration must be pipe bending machines. This is a total small business set aside requirement. AMENDMENT 01 - The purpose of Amendment 001 is to post the Government's response to Contractor questions. AMENDMENT 02 - The purpose of Amendment 002 is to post the Government's response to Contractor questions. AMENDMENT 03 - The purpose of Amendment 003 Request for Quote (RFQ) 47QSWC25Q0190 for the AFLCMC Pipe Bending Machine is extended umtil October 17, 2025, at 4:00 PM EST. This extension is intended to provide all offerors with sufficient time to incorporate any necessary revisions based on previous questions submitted and subsequent government responses. No further questions will be accepted. Thank you for your understanding and continued interest. AMENDMENT 04 - The purpose of Amendment 004 Request for Quote (RFQ) 47QSWC25Q0190 for the AFLCMC Pipe Bending Machine is extended until October 31, 2025, at 4:00 PM EST. This extension is mainly due to the ongoing government shutdown that has affected the end user/client. No quotes will be reviewed until after the close date. Please ensure all required information/documentation is submitted as well as all required blocks are checked. Failure to do so may cause your submission to not be considered for award. This extension will also provide all offerors with sufficient time to incorporate any necessary revisions based on previous questions submitted and subsequent government responses. Additional questions will be allowed until October 22, 2025. No further questions will be accepted after this date. When posing your questions, kindly cite the relevant sections in the Technical Matrix for each inquiry. It is essential that the questions are phrased clearly to ensure a complete understanding of your concerns. Additionally, please ensure that the questions are written in a manner that allows the government to share both the question and the response with all other interested parties. Please note that statements expressing opinions, sentiments, or conjectures are not considered valid inquiries and, as such, will not receive a response. Furthermore, GSA will not address hypothetical questions aimed at receiving a potential "evaluation decision." AMENDMENT 05 - The purpose of Amendment 005 Request for Quote (RFQ) 47QSWC25Q0190 for the AFLCMC Pipe Bending Machine is extended until November 14, 2025, at 4:00 PM EST. Please ensure all required information/documentation is submitted as well as all required blocks are checked and document is signed.
