Description
The Government intends to award a single Purchase Order to Monaco Enterprises, Inc. as a result of this solicitation. Please reference the attached justification for details. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued; a quotation is being requested from Monaco Enterprises, Inc on a sole source basis IAW RFO 12.102 and statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 1901. Solicitation no. FA5000-26-Q-0016 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Windows 11 technology upgrades on the D-21 Alarm Reporting System at multiple facilities located across Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) IAW the SOW, dated 25 April 2025. This acquisition is not a set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.aquisition.gov Questions/Concerns Shall be submitted by the due date noted with the Solicitation to the POCs listed within this notice.
