Requirement Description: The Contractor will provide new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Everbatim Hybrid Courtroom Audio Recording and Communication System Accessories with Four-Year Warranty capable of meeting the fit, form, and functions of the following part numbers and salient characteristics: A. EVAS Hybrid Kit: The EVAS hybrid kit is a custom-made adapter and cable assembly created to connect the EVAS traditional kit with Microsoft Teams. (1) Qty: 49 (2) Dimensions: (a) Weight: <= 5 lbs. EVAS Backup Digital Recorder System - This is a purpose-built kit designed to connect to the EVAS system or standalone audio backup for legal proceedings. EVAS Gooseneck Microphones - Gooseneck-style microphones required for capturing audio throughout legal proceedings. Must interface with EVAS audio subsystem.
