36C25626Q0270 Emergency repairs to the backup emergency power generators at the Combined Heat Power (CHP) plant for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (VAMC) located in Houston, Texas. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Contractor to provide all labor, parts, tools, equipment, trained personnel, supervision, and transportation/travel for Emergency repairs to the backup emergency power generators at the Michael E. DeBakey VAMC Combined Heat Power (CHP) plant located at 2002 Holcombe Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77030. The government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price resulting from this solicitation. This solicitation is issued as a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside.
