Description
This requirement is for a turnkey additive manufacturing solution to establish an organic capability for producing replacement parts at Fort Hood, TX. The acquisition includes two specific industrial-grade 3D printers, along with all necessary services for immediate and sustained operation: - Stratasys Origin Two (Polymer Printer): An industrial-grade 3D printer utilizing programmable photopolymerization (P3/DLP) technology. It must have a minimum build volume of 192 mm x 108 mm x 370 mm and be capable of producing high-accuracy end-use parts with complex geometries. - Stratasys F370CR (Composite-Ready Printer): An industrial-grade Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printer specifically designed for producing composite parts. It must have a minimum build volume of 355 x 254 x 355 mm and be capable of printing with high-strength, carbon fiber-reinforced thermoplastics. The requirement also includes turnkey installation, configuration, and calibration of all equipment; manufacturer-led on-site training for operators; all necessary software licenses and initial consumables; and a comprehensive warranty and technical support package. Training shall be scheduled and conducted only after the printer has been fully installed, calibrated, and verified as operational. Training includes but not limited to system operation, job setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
