Description
This is a competitive solicitation notice in accordance with FAR 5.101(b)(1)(i). The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka, Site Sasebo, intends to issue a competitive solicitation restricted to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan. Important Note: The actual Solicitation package (RFQ) has been distributed directly to all eligible Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan via email. USS PIONEER (MCM-9) Title: INSULATION AND LAGGING ON VARIOUS SPACES; REPLACE POP from 07/14/2026 to 10/31/2026 Place of Performance: Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. In accordance with DFARS 225.1103(3), this procurement is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan. Quotation Due Date (Closing Date): All eligible MSRA/ABR holders must submit their Quotations via email no later than June 15, 2026 at 10:00AM JST. Access to Attachments: Attachments are Restricted/CUI and accessible only to authorized MSRA/ABR holders in Japan. Eligible holders who cannot access the files should contact the Contract Specialist directly via email. Access requests from non-eligible sources will be rejected.
