Amendment 0001: The reason for Amendment 0001 is to provide a revision to section 2.3 and 2.5 of the Description and Specifications. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
