Description
This is a Pre-solicitation Notice Only. No contract shall be awarded from this Pre-solicitation Notice. The anticipated requirement is for a base and one (1) year option period non-personal services contract for Certified Trauma Registrar at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center (CRDAMC), Fort Hood, Texas. This requirement will be procured as small business using NAICS code 561110 and size standard $12.5M. The anticipated period of performance is 1 February 2026 to 30 September 2027. This acquisition will be procured under the authority of FAR Part 12, 13. The Government is anticipating a Firm-Fixed Price contract. All interested parties can view, download, and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments on or about 12 January 2026. All contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR registration can be accomplished at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/
