Vessel(s) must be capable of transporting a portion of 40,000 square feet of rolling stock and general cargo as described on the cargo list. Minimum capacity is 20,000 square feet per vessel. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is Naha, Okinawa, Japan.
