Vessel(s) must be capable of transporting a portion of 40,000 square feet of rolling stock and general cargo as described on the cargo list. Minimum capacity is 20,000 square feet per vessel. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is Naha, Okinawa, Japan. The layday commences 12 August 2026 and cancels 14 August 2026, and the charter period is about 180 days with a 180-day option period. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as �Unrestricted� is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service.
