The Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) is hereby issuing this competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purpose of entering into a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This requirement will be competed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Please see attached Request for RFP and Statment of Work.
