Description
Amendment 0006 to Solicitation SPE608-23-R-0200 1.PURPOSE The purpose of this amendment is to reopen the JP5 requirements in Progreso Mexico. 2.ADDITION A.Ancillary Charges The Government hereby adds the following requirement: Total ancillary charges under the BUNKERS SOUTHCOM Purchase Program shall not exceed 10% of the total contract price for fuel per delivery order. The Government will not reimburse ancillary charges exceeding this amount. B.Successive Closing DatesThe solicitation is hereby amended to add the following provision: This is an open continuous solicitation with successive closing dates. The Government anticipates receiving new requirements throughout the period of performance, ending March 31, 2027. Solicitation SPE608-23-R-0200 will remain open for the addition of new line items. As requirements arise, the Government will issue amendments establishing closing dates and affording all Offerors an opportunity to compete. C.Additional Requirements 1)Closing Date for This Amendment: Offers responding to this amendment are due Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 3:00 PM ET, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, local time. 2)Required Quality Assurance Provisions are included. See attachment. a)C16.01 TURBINE FUEL, AVIATION (JP5) (DLA ENERGY JAN 2025) 3)Line Items Added: Item: 0041 Location: Progreso, Mexico Mode of Delivery: Tank Truck Product: Turbine Fuel, Aviation, JP5 Quantity: 761.18 Metric Ton Base Reference: Platts Jet Kero 54 USGC Waterborne PJABM00 Base Reference Price: $743.073944 Per Metric Ton Base Reference Date: November 6, 2025 D.Submission Requirements Offerors shall submit ATTACHMENT A-2 Offer Data Sheet and include the following with each item offered: �Certificate of Analysis (COA) / Certificate of Quality (COQ) �Commitment Letter from the supplier Offers shall be submitted electronically to Bunkers Team at DDFBunkers@dla.mil 3.TERMS AND CONDITIONSExcept as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of Solicitation SPE608-23-R-0200 remained unchanged and in full force and effect.
