This amendment answers the following questions stated at the walkthrough: Can the Offeror change sub-contractors listed in the Offeror s proposal without Government approval? Answer: Government consent is required to change subcontractors that are provided in the Offeror's proposal in response to Evaluation Factor 1, Sub-factor 1: Management Approach. Anwer: No, if an Offeror s proposal receives an unacceptable rating in Evaluation Factor 4: Integrated infrastructure and ceiling support(airframe) system it is automatically considered not technically acceptable.
