Request for Proposals (RFP) Advisory Step Publication to FedBizOpps.gov This notice is for the Advisory Step RFP for Construction Manager as Constructor Services for a new U.S. Courthouse in Greenville, MS. RFP documents for the Advisory Step are attached to this announcement. The Pre-proposal Conference for the Advisory Step is scheduled for 1:00 pm central time on January 3, 2019, at the McCoy Federal Building, 100 West Capitol Street, in Jackson, MS. Proposals are due to the attention of the contracting officer at the address shown in the RFP no later than 2:00 pm central time on January 15, 2019.
