Update 8: An Amendment 5 to Extend the RFP due date, update solicitation and provide Atlanta Site Vist Q&As has been posted. Due Date on this posting is referring for the rest of the proposal submission requirements, however Phase I - Prior Experience is due by 4 p.m. this Thursday, October 16, 2025. Amendment 5 to extend the RFP due date to 4 p.m. Thursday, October 16, 2025, for Phase I Prior Experience and 1 p.m. October 29, 2025, for the rest of the proposal submission. The following provisions have been updated (and included in Amendment) to reflect these changes; 1. Provision 7.3.1-06 � Identification and Delivery of Proposals 2. Provision 7.3.2-18 - Evaluation of Mission Capability (also included in the amendment) addresses the process between Phase I (Prior Experience) to Phase II � rest of proposal submission. Please thoroughly read both provisions as these are critical updates. In addition, the Atlanta Site Visit questions and answers are incorporated in the Amendment. I have also attached the updated solicitation that reflects changes in this Amendment. I also want to remind all offerors that their proposal must be submitted in accordance with the solicitation. See provision 7.3.2-10 � General Proposal Instructions, in addition to the provisions listed earlier in this email. Failure to adhere to submission requirements may result in a proposal being non-responsive and ineligible for award. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation invites you to submit a proposal the National Conference Room Audio Visual Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and its assoicated Task Order Requirement. The BOA Pricing Workbook is within the attached RFP, but we require all offerors to complete the BOA Pricing and Task Order 1 Excel Worksheet files (separate attachments to this contract opportunity). Please follow ALL instructions when completing the workbooks. The RFP is non-transferable, unless approved in advance by the Contracting Officer. Please refer to the RFP package for all the requirements of this acquisition. Please be sure to clearly indicate on the proposal response all contact information (i.e. account representative name, email addresses and phone numbers). Offerors shall pay particular attention to Section 7.3.1-06 �Identification and Delivery of Proposals-March 2009� of the RFP for specific proposal submission instructions. Any questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted to Hamilton Jackson at hamjackson@fdic.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. (Noon) July 16, 2025. To be considered for this opportunity, offerors shall provide all information required in the RFP, by 4 p.m. Thursday, October 16, 2025, for Phase I Prior Experience and 1:00 p.m. EDT, Wednesday, October 29, 2025, for the rest of the proposal submission (if you wish to proceed). Any missing volumes or required information in the proposal submission may be considered non-responsive.
