Description

DFAS-Rome is soliciting to acquire a highly qualified and proven company to provide walk-off carpets for the Rome facility at 325 Brooks Rd., Rome NY 13441 at the multiple entry points and times as indicated below. Walk off carpets are to be supplied and exchanged every two (2) weeks from 1 May thru 31 October, and once a week from 1 November through 30 April. Period of Performance will be one (1) base year with the option to exercise four (4) one-year option periods. This sources sought does not constitute a solicitation for quotes or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this sources sought or the Governments use of such information. Responses are confidential and will not be returned. Whatever information is provided may be used to assess trade-offs and alternatives available for determining how to proceed in the acquisition. Any proprietary information that is submitted may be used in establishing requirements, but specific contractor-submitted information will be safeguarded as proprietary.
