Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire subscription services and associated management support for access to biomedical literature published worldwide. This includes content produced by multinational commercial entities, governmental bodies, and non-commercial organizations, available in multiple formats and languages, for use by the National Library of Medicine.
