Description
TRIPHENYL BISMUTH (TPB) MUST MEET REQUIREMENTS OF MIL-T-82825(OS) CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS / CONFORMANCE AND SAFETY DATA SHEET REQUIRED. EXPIRATION DATE MUST BE PRINTED ON PACKAGING. MUST BE QUALIFIED VENDOR WITHIN MIL-DTL-82886A TABLE VI, and MCAAP PAMPHLET 702-13. See attached Amendment 0001 to include following verbiage: "**To be considered for potential award, vendors must be currently listed on the Qualified Vendors List.** See attached SF1449 Solicitation for exact requirements. FOB Destination McAlester Ammunition Plant, McAlester OK. Note: Every item listed shall be accounted for in the offeror�s bid submission for it to be considered. BIDS SUBMISSIONS ONLY VIA EMAIL: mackenzie.a.helgerson.civ@army.mil. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to this web site and it is the contractor's responsibility to check site daily for any posted changes. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must have a current active registration at System for Award Management (SAM) - https://www.sam.gov.
