Description
Solicitation Notice: Enterprise Skills Assessment Platform The Contractor shall provide the platform, including all necessary licenses, technical support, and reporting to meet the performance standards outlined herein. The scope includes platform provisioning, user onboarding, role-based skills assessment, data analytics, and ongoing technical support for 500 users. Period of Performance (PoP): The PoP shall be for one Base Year of 12 months This Request for Quote (RFQ) is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 RFO. This requirement will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business. Questions and Submission Information: All questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing to the Points of Contact (POCs) listed below by 07 July 2026 at 3:00 PM EST and answers will be posted by 08 July 2026 at 1:00 PM EST. Quotes are due no later than 10 July 2026 at 3:00 PM EST.
