Description

Sources Sought Notice HVAC Assessment and Repair Services The Government is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify contractors having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) assessment and repair services at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Texas. The intention is to procure these services through a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to perform assessments and repairs on various HVAC systems. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following systems: Air Handler Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units, Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHP), Chillers and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems. NAICS Code: 561210- Facilities Support Services Period and Place of Performance: The proposed BPA will have a five-year ordering period, from February 1, 2026, through January 31, 2031 and will cover JBSA-Lackland, JBSA-Randolph, JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, and JBSA-Camp Bullis. Interested and capable parties are requested to respond to this sources sought notice with a capability statement as detailed in the attached document.This is NOT a solicitation for proposals. A contract will not be awarded from this notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice.
