Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to update the period of performance, provide a new Price-Cost Schedule excel file with clarification, and extend the current solicitation. The estimated period of performance is hereby changed to 6/1/2026 5/31/2027. Any instance of 4/1 start date shall be replaced with 6/1. Any instance of 3/31 end date shall be replaced with 5/31. Price-Cost_Schedule 26Q0297 v2 is attached to this amendment that identifies all the changed start and end dates. All offerors are to use the v2 version of this document in order to submit their price quote. To clarify the Price-Cost_Schedule. There are four (4) separate CLINS for each facility for each period of performance, they are as follows: Tonnage estimates How many tons of solid waste or recycling we anticipate using. Rental fees Monthly rental fees for equipment Haul Fees Fully burdened price per haul (Recurring Pickups) at the quantities specified in column G of the Excel file. On-call / Emergent pickup fees Fully burdened price for each haul that is outside the scope of recurring pickups (i.e., a pickup between a series of pickups). All vendors must provide all items listed in the Quote Preparation Instructions to be considered responsive. Large businesses are required to submit a formal subcontracting plan. Small businesses are not required to submit a formal subcontracting plan; however, if they intend to utilize a subcontractor, they must identify the subcontractor and describe the work the subcontractor will perform. The Solicitation deadline is hereby extended until 1:30PM EST on 4/3/2026. All responses shall be emailed to Joshua.Kovar@VA.gov prior to the deadline. ATTACHMENTS OR DOCUMENTS:
