Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Earthen Material Supply to the following nine (9) locations in Connecticut: Black Rock Lake, Thomaston Dam, and Northfield Brook Lake in Thomaston, CT Colebrook River Lake in Colebrook, CT Goshen Radio Relay Station in Goshen, CT Hancock Brook Lake in Terryville, CT Hop Brook Lake and the Naugatuck River Basin Office in Middlebury, CT Stamford Hurricane Barrier in Stamford, CT THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and transportation to provide earthen material supplies as needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from date of the award. The BPA Master limit is $250,000; where no single BPA call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 327991 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 Employees. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
