Description
Requirement is for Ground Maintenance at the Saint Louis VA Medical Center Jefferson Barracks, located at 1 Jefferson Drive Saint Louis, MO 63125. This solicitation is for a Five (5) Year IDIQ with five twelve (12) month Ordering Periods: 04/01/2026 to 03/31/2031 These services will be performed as detailed within the Performance Work Statement. This solicitation is being issued as a Total Set-Aside for SDVOSB concerns. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled and the requirement resolicited. Important: Please refer to Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 instructions to Offers for additional instructions. Offers are due by 3:00pm CST on 03/20/2026. No late bids will be accepted.
