Description
05/15/26: Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is the following: 1. Extend the quote submission date to Tuesday, May 26, 2026 due to pending questions received. 2. Incorporate FAR 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors (APR 2026) (DEVIATION APR 2026) as required by Section 5 of Executive Order 14398 (Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors). VA NORTHERN CALIFORNIA HEALTHCARE SYSTEM CUSTOMIZABLE COMMUNICATION PLATFORM PATIENTPOINT OR EQUAL Please see attached request for quote. Submission of your response shall be received no later than May 18, 2026 at 1500 PDT at victoria.torres@va.gov. Any question or concerns regarding this solicitation should be forwarded in writing via email to the Point of Contact listed at Victoria Torres, Contract Specialist, victoria.torres@va.gov by May 12,2026 at 1500 PDT.
