Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 / Far Part 15 procedures. The solicitation number is 1605C2-26-R-00004 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611513. The Department of Labor (DOL), on behalf of The Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Apprenticeship (OA) has a requirement for Growing Quality Registered Apprenticeship Programs Through Industry Intermediaries as defined in accordance with this Request for Proposal (RFP). The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Period of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option periods. Proposals received after this date and time will be considered late and will not be considered for evaluation. The Contracting Officer intends to make an award without discussions; however, that does not prevent the Contracting Officer from holding discussions if it is in the best interests of the government. All proposals must reference and acknowledge all amendments posted to this solicitation, [if applicable] and All proposal must follows the Instructions , Conditions, and Notices to Bidders. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
