Growing Quality Registered Apprenticeship Programs through Industry Intermediaries

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 / Far Part 15 procedures. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Period of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option periods. Proposals received after this date and time will be considered late and will not be considered for evaluation. The Contracting Officer intends to make an award without discussions; however, that does not prevent the Contracting Officer from holding discussions if it is in the best interests of the government.
