The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico is conducting market research and seeking for 8 (a) Small Business to provide Ground Maintenance in Fort Buchanan installations, Puerto Rico. IF A SOLICITATION IS RELEASED, IT WILL BE SYNOPSIZED ON THE GOVERNMENT-WIDE POINT OF ENTRY (GPE). IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF POTENTIAL OFFERORS TO MONITOR THE GPE FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THIS REQUIREMENT.� REQUIRED CAPABILITIES a. Provide Ground Maintenance for United States Army Garrison Fort Buchanan as required by system regulations. b. Sufficient experienced personnel are required to ensure that services are maintained at the highest level of proficiency. Contractor shall observe all pertinent operations to the requirements as stated in PWS. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: Business Name, Address, Person of Contact, Telephone Email address Business size and socio-economic status (i.e. small business, large business, 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, etc.) CAGE CODE AND UEI Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. ELIGIBILITY The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 561730, Security Systems Services, a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 million. The Product Service Code is S208 Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for review. (Attachment 1) Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement, information requested and answers to all questions indicated. The deadline for response to this request is no later than 22 Dec 2025; 10:00 AM, Atlantic Standard Time. What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement? 2.) What specific technical skills does your company possess which ensure capability to perform the tasks? The estimated period of performance consists of (Base Period) plus 4 (One year) Option Periods and is anticipated to be awarded on the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. The contract type is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed Type contract type. All data received in response to these Sources Sought marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from any release outside the Government.
