USCG Response Boat - Small - Demonstrator

For clarification: All references to paper proposals and paper copies have been removed from the RFP in Amendment 0006. Each proposal must be submitted electronically. The proposal due date is November 21, 2025. Volumes I and II must be submitted through DoD SAFE (https://safe.apps.mil/). Each offeror must request a DoD SAFE drop from William E. Lewis (william.e.lewis3@uscg.mil) no later than five (5) working days prior to the proposal due date. Requests for DoD SAFE must be submit before close of business on November 17, 2025. Proposals emailed directly to William E. Lewis will not be considered.
