Description

Please see attachments for more details. All attendees shall park in the Parking Garage located on the Fayetteville VAMC campus, 1100 North College Avenue. Contractors may park on the 4th floor of the garage; the 3rd floor is technically designated for visitors, but ample parking is available on the 4th floor, and the VA Police Department (VAPD) will be notified in advance to ensure there are no issues. After parking, attendees shall proceed to the large covered area located directly outside the 3rd floor of the garage. This covered area will serve as the official gathering and check?in point for the site visit. The Government Point of Contact, Autumn Chappell, will be present at this location from 9:45 AM until 10:00 AM CST to greet attendees. At 10:00 AM CST, the site visit will begin promptly. Autumn will escort the group from the parking garage to Building 8, Room 001A. Building 8 is located immediately to the right when exiting the parking garage, making it easily accessible from the staging area. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no secondary tours will be provided. Attendees should ensure they allow sufficient time for parking, walking to the meeting point, and check?in. Feel free to take pictures of the site or outside of structure as required to perform the work; veterans, patients, employees and visitors may not be photographed.
