Description
The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 6116013697679 (FUEL CELL, ELECTRICAL). CAGE MANUFACTURER PART_NUMBER 21070 TELEDYNE INSTRUMENTS INC C06689-B3M DLA L&M proposes to enter into fixed-price contract(s) with an annual price adjustment provisions to adjust out-year contract prices. The resulting contract(s) will be long-term indefinite quantity contract(s), which includes a 1-year base period and two 1-year options for a total of three years. This acquisition is for a Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) using Simplified Procedures for the Acquisition of Commercial Products.
