2/10/2026- Amendment No. 3 issued to answer final round of questions, and extend Proposal due date to Feb. 18, 2026. 1/30/2026- Amendment No. 2 issued to update Section F and extedn the Proposal due date from Feb. 2, 2026 to Feb. 11, 2026. 1/14/2026- Amendment No. 1 issued to answer first round of questions, extend Request for Clarification to Jan. 19, 2026 and Proposal due date to Feb. 2, 2026. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. You are invited to submit a firm fixed price proposal in accordance with Line Items in Section B of this RFP and the proposal preparation requirements and other applicable provided documents. Your proposal must be received no later than Friday, January 23, 2026, 5:00 PM Pacific, and be valid for 90 days after submission. Submissions can be provided by electronic files in PDF or any digital format. This Procurement for the LCLS-II-HE Mirror Benders is a set-aside for Small Businesses only.
