Description
PROJECT TITLE: FY26: NRM (PROJ: 548-23-112) BB Upgrade Exterior Signage and Wayfinding CONTRACT TYPE: Bid Build (BB), Firm Fixed Price PROJECT SUMMARY: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and materials necessary for the following work: Bid-Build project that includes directional wayfinding and identify buildings, parking garages, parking lots, vehicle routes, pedestrian routes and all areas of interest. This includes campus perimeter / entry points, new or upgraded monument and/or marquee signs and parking garage signage. Project is located at the Thomas H. Corey VA Medical Center, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL, 33410. Period of performance is 270 days. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 OFFICE ISSUING THIS REQUEST: Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 Point of Contact: Melissa Everett, Contract Specialist Email: Melissa.Everett@va.gov The Contracting Officer for this project is Stacy Figlinski (Stacy.Figlinski@va.gov) and the Contract Specialist is Melissa Everett. The Solicitation for this project will be issued on or about April 8, 2026. This project is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
