Financing Options for Supercomputer Hardware at Oak Ridge National Laboratory Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), managed and operated by UT-Battelle, LLC for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from qualified financial institutions, leasing providers, or other organizations capable of offering lease-to-own (LTO) financing for the leadership-class high-performance computing (HPC) supercomputer system named Discovery, to be sited at ORNL.
