GASNTi2 BLOCK 1 Nationwide Material Procurement (Electrical & Telecommunications)

Description

1. Introduction This is a Sources Sought Synopsis notice for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Responses to this notice will be used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential business sources for a nationwide material procurement contract. 2. Project Description The Government is seeking to identify potential sources capable of providing all necessary materials for the GASNTi2 BLOCK 1 projects at multiple Air Force and Air National Guard bases across the United States. The projects involve the procurement of a wide range of materials, primarily for electrical, grounding, and telecommunications infrastructure. 3. Scope of Work The general scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the procurement and delivery of materials as specified in the provided List of Materials (LOM). Key requirements for the vendor will include: Delivering all materials in a weatherproof, lockable, and appropriately sized ISO shipping container. Providing submittals for any "or-equal" or substituted items for Government approval prior to procurement. Coordinating delivery to various military installations nationwide. The shipping container will remain the property of the contractor and must be retrieved at the contractor's expense after a free retention period of 365 days. 4. Place of Performance This is a nationwide contract. Deliveries will be required to, but not limited to, the following locations: Minot Air Force Base, ND Goldwater Air National Guard Base, AZ Fairchild Air Force Base, WA General Mitchell ARW, WI Grissom Air Reserve Base, IN McConnell Air Force Base, KS McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base, TN Kirtland Air Force Base, NM Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, NC Whiteman Air Force Base, MO Tinker Air Force Base, OK 5. Required Capabilities Interested parties should demonstrate their capability to: Source and procure a wide range of industrial, electrical, and telecommunications materials. Manage logistics for nationwide delivery to military installations. Comply with all requirements for military base access, security, and safety. Provide and manage returnable ISO shipping containers as specified. 6. Submission Requirements Interested vendors are requested to submit a capability statement that includes the following information: Company Name, Address, and Point of Contact (including email and phone number). CAGE Code and UEI Number. Business Size and any socio-economic classifications (e.g., Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB). A brief description of your company's capabilities to meet the requirements outlined in this synopsis. Past performance information on similar contracts, if available. 7.
