Description

Boiler Water treatment chemicals to include:3150 lb/year of an Aqueous solution of alkali salts. solution must be a product that is a hazy liquid solution, appearing colorless to yellow and having a slight ammoniacal odor. This product must be an aqueous solution of alkali salts composed of 7-13% Sodium sulfite, 3-7% Sodium hydroxide, and 1-5% Diethyl ethanolamine. It should be highly corrosive and alkaline with a pH of 14, a specific gravity of 1.181, be soluble in water, and have a boiling point that exceeds 212?F (100?C). Product to be delivered in equal amounts over 12 months.2700 lb/year of an Aqueous dispersion. Solution must be a product which is a transparent, colorless, and odorless liquid with a consistency that is non-viscous to slightly viscous. It should be an aqueous dispersion that contains no substances considered to be hazardous at their given concentration. The desired characteristics include an alkaline pH of 11.4, a specific gravity of 1.192, and it must be completely soluble in water. ?Product to be delivered in equal amounts over 12 months.1180 lb/year of a mixture of Inorganic Salts. Solution must be a product that is a transparent liquid with a light orange to pink-purple color and a sulfurous odor. This product should be an aqueous solution of inorganic salts, specifically containing 15-40% Sodium bisulfite and 3-7% Sodium sulfite. It needs to have an acidic pH of 5.9, a specific gravity of 1.08, be completely soluble in water, and have an initial boiling point greater than 212?F (100?C). ?Product to be delivered in equal amounts over 12 months.
