Description
The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), hereby provides notice of its intent to award a commercial, firm-fixed-price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (CAGE Code: 91417), located in Palm Bay, Florida.The Government has determined that L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is the only responsible source capable of meeting the Government?s requirements within the required timeframe.This requirement is for the procurement of Ripstrike transceivers, associated software, and compatible Rampage 4W power amplifiers. The anticipated quantities are noted in the attached NOI document. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The applicable NAICS Code is 336413, with a corresponding size standard of 1,250 employees. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is 1560.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source that believes it can meet the Government?s requirement may submit a capability statement for consideration. Responses shall include sufficient technical information to demonstrate the ability to satisfy the requirement.Interested parties may submit capability statements, questions, or inquiries via e-mail to hannah.m.chichester.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 10:00 AM PST on 29 April 2026. Responses received after this deadline may not be considered. Questions submitted by phone or fax will not be accepted.Interested parties are encouraged to submit responses through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module under NIWC Pacific / Simplified Acquisition N66001-26-Q-6119.All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) with an active Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE Code prior to award of any resulting contract.This notice is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment by the Government. The Government reserves the right to not compete this requirement based on responses received. Additional details may be provided at the Government?s discretion.
