N63285-26-SSA-0007 Djibouti Car Lease CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), Acquisitions Division, Code 14B, Russell-Knox Building, 27130 Telegraph Road, Quantico, Virginia 22134. INTRODUCTION: This is a Sources Sought Description to conduct market research and determine the availability and technical capability of all business sizes, large and small, to provide the required products and/or services. BACKGROUND: The Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) is a Department of the Navy (DON) component with primary responsibility for criminal investigation, law enforcement (LE), counter-terrorism (CT), counterintelligence (CI), and physical and personnel security matters. NCIS has the primary investigative and CI jurisdiction within the DON, and exclusive investigative jurisdiction in non-combat matters involving actual, potential, or suspected criminal, terrorism, sabotage, espionage, and subversive activities. HISTORICAL: Contract Number: N63285-21-P-0046 Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price, Purchase Order Incumbent Name and Size: Marill Automotive SARL. Large Business Method of Previous Acquisition: Combined Synopsis Solicitation TITLE: Djibouti Car Lease REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: Naval Criminal Investigative Service Resident Agency, Middle East Djibouti (NCISRA MEDJ) is seeking to lease Quantity four (4) V-6 4x4 Sports Utility Vehicles in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The contract will be for a Base period of one (1) year, with four (4) Option Periods. The vehicles must be able to operate in extremely rough terrain, high temperatures, and low-quality roads. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Base Year: September 8, 2026-Setember 7, 2027 Option Year 1: September 8, 2027-September 7, 2028 Option Year 2: September 8, 2028-September 7, 2029 Option Year 3: September 8, 2029-September 7, 2030 Option Year 4: September 8, 2030-September 7, 2031 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Naval Criminal Investigative Service Resident Agency, Middle East Djibouti (NCISRA MEDJ) SOURCES SOUGHT: NAICS: The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) being considered for this requirement is 532112 Passenger Car Leasing. The Government seeks input from industry on recommended NAICS for this procurement. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Responses must include: Business name and address; Name of company representative and their business title; Type of Business; Business Size; Cage Code; NAICS recommendation for this procurement (see above); and Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicles, If Applicable, to include GSA, GSA MOBIS, NIH, NASA SEWP, Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), or any other Government Contracting Vehicles.
