NCIS has the primary investigative and CI jurisdiction within the DON, and exclusive investigative jurisdiction in non-combat matters involving actual, potential, or suspected criminal, terrorism, sabotage, espionage, and subversive activities. Large Business Method of Previous Acquisition: Combined Synopsis Solicitation TITLE: Djibouti Car Lease REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: Naval Criminal Investigative Service Resident Agency, Middle East Djibouti (NCISRA MEDJ) is seeking to lease Quantity four (4) V-6 4x4 Sports Utility Vehicles in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The contract will be for a Base period of one (1) year, with four (4) Option Periods. The vehicles must be able to operate in extremely rough terrain, high temperatures, and low-quality roads. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Base Year: September 8, 2026-Setember 7, 2027 Option Year 1: September 8, 2027-September 7, 2028 Option Year 2: September 8, 2028-September 7, 2029 Option Year 3: September 8, 2029-September 7, 2030 Option Year 4: September 8, 2030-September 7, 2031 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Naval Criminal Investigative Service Resident Agency, Middle East Djibouti (NCISRA MEDJ) SOURCES SOUGHT: NAICS: The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) being considered for this requirement is 532112 Passenger Car Leasing.
