FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation applies) and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination are required. This solicitation is a set-aside for small business. This material is commercial; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. The Government will not be using the policies contained in FAR part 15 in its solicitation for this item.
