Description
The solicitation has been extended as indicated in Block 5 of page 1 of the RFP. It may be extended again in the event of ongoing circumstances. The Office of IT Customer Solutions Directorate (ITCS) is seeking qualified contractor support to provide Technical Support Operations in alignment with the functional and technical requirements as described herein. ITCS provides a comprehensive range of Tier 1, 2, and 3 end-user technology support services to House Members, Committees, Leadership Offices, CAO Business Units, and staff. A key strength is our team�s ability to effectively support users of current technology products and services within the House environment. The original document is still attached for completeness, the amendment is the document with 0001. Opening it up for a final round of questions, due Septemberr 9, 2025, no additional submitted questions will be answered after that date.
