Description
**Amendment 0002 is being issued to incorporate revised Attachment 5 - Evaluation procedures to update Section M.2.1 (changes highlighted). The proposal due date has NOT been extended. Offerors shall provide a signed copy of this amendment as part of the proposal acknowledging all changes.** **Amendment 0001 is being issued to provide answers to the questions submitted (Attachment 7) and incorporate revisions (Attachments 1 - 6). As a result, the proposal due date has been extended to 8 July 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT. Offerors shall provide a signed copy of this amendment as part of the proposal acknowledging all changes.** USSOCOM has a requirement for Program Management Office Support Services (PMOSS) in support of USSOCOM J6. This requirement provides management, planning, and financial support that helps USSOCOM oversee programs, resources, budgets, contracts, and organizational initiatives. The contractor assists government leadership with planning future requirements, tracking performance, managing documentation, monitoring contractor services, coordinating working groups and meetings, analyzing data, supporting budget execution, and helping ensure programs are carried out efficiently and in accordance with government policies and objectives. The contract serves as a support function that enables informed decision-making, effective resource management, and successful execution of USSOCOM priorities.
