DLAs objective is to engage potential vendors and collect feedback as it develops the official RFP. It is anticipated that a formal RFP will be released in early 2026. Important Considerations: This DRAFT RFP is not a commitment by the Government to award a contract. The Government does not intend to pay for any costs incurred by respondents in preparing or submitting information in response to this request, nor for expenses related to attending any conferences that may be held. The eventual award will be a single award and consist of a five-year base period and a five-year option period. The total duration of this contract, to include the option period, shall not exceed ten (10) years. Purpose: This DRAFT RFP is a key element in our acquisition planning process.
